This project involved the planning and facilitation of an interactive online seminar for a Japanese community of architecture and real estate professionals. The session brought together a European real estate investor and a sustainability data analyst to address a fundamental question: "Can sustainable architecture actually be profitable?" Drawing on the latest European market data and DGNB research reports, the session provided participants with a new framework for understanding environmental performance as a driver of asset value — not merely a cost burden.
