This project involved the planning and facilitation of an interactive online expert session connecting a leading European architect and academic with Japanese housing technology professionals. The session was designed not as a one-way lecture, but as a co-creative dialogue enabling Japanese engineers and managers to engage directly with European frontline practitioners on the business and technical dimensions of timber and hybrid construction, circular economy, and EU regulatory frameworks.
