This study tour organized a technical training program in Germany, visiting Stuttgart and Berlin, to explore the latest MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, modular construction and renovation technologies, and Zero Energy Building (ZEB) case studies. The program enabled participants to gain hands-on insights into advanced building systems integration, building physics-based facade design, and high-performance renovation approaches practiced by leading German engineering and architecture firms.
